Dallas Blooms

Yay for Spring! I am so thankful for the nice weather we have had lately. We have taken full advantage of getting outside before it's TOO hot to even think about getting out. Last Saturday, we spent the morning at the Dallas Arboretum taking in the 500,000 spring blooming-bulbs of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths with our friends Hayley and Jake. The weather was gorgeous. The gardens were gorgeous. Kaden had a blast. What more could a girl ask for?!?! It felt so good to get up and going on a Saturday morning.

My child is so friendly. He waves and greets any and everyone in sight. The other day we were at a stop light and from the backseat, I hear "hi". I turn around only to see Kaden waving at the car next to us. And sure enough, the lady in that car was waving back. Love it! The Arboretum was no exception.

I finally got to put my camera and my photography skills to work on those 500,000 blooming-bulbs. And I loved every minute of it.

  2. Kaden is so big - I love all those beautiful curls!! Aaron's hair is still pretty short, but I see signs of curls! I hope his turns out as nice as Kaden's!
